Strengthening Educational Infrastructure in Al-Mahrah
Within the ongoing efforts to develop the educational sector and improve the learning environment for our students, the Director General of the Ministry of Education Office in Al-Mahrah Governorate, Mr. Samir Mabkhoot Harrash, held an important coordination meeting with the Director General of Al-Masila Contracting and General Services Company, Mr. Majid bin Aboud. The meeting focused on discussing the technical and administrative arrangements to commence the construction of the University Neighborhood School in Al-Ghaydah District, as part of the Kuwaiti Educational Complex Project, under the field supervision of Al-Noor Charity.
Joint Coordination and Field Operations
During the meeting, joint coordination mechanisms were discussed to ensure workflow efficiency and the timely completion of the project according to the highest approved technical and engineering specifications. Following the meeting, the team conducted a field visit to the designated site to carry out surveying operations and final preparations for the commencement of construction. Mr. Samir Harrash praised the significant humanitarian and developmental role played by the generous donors and partner organizations in funding and implementing these strategic projects, which greatly contribute to reducing overcrowding in existing schools.
Key Meeting Outcomes and Field Progress:
- Agreement on the specified timeline to launch the construction works of the school.
- Emphasis on full compliance with the approved engineering and technical quality standards.
- Completion of the final field survey at the project site in Al-Ghaydah District, in the presence of Engineer Ibrahim Al-Amri, Project Manager at Al-Noor Charity.
